x1 - D1084-NIS-EN
x1 - D1085-NIS-EN
Set needed per car.

These are not super hard bushings! These are made with 70A Shore Hardness polyurethane which is much more flexible than many aftermarket polyurethane buhsings you may be familiar with. There may be a slight increase in Noise/Vibration/Harshness, but it should be minimal.

Installation
The old bushing rubber AND the original bushings outer metal shell needs to be removed from the aliminum mount in order for the new DRW Bushings to be installed. Make sure the mount bore and edges are clean and free from any scratches, nicks or burs that may have occured during the rmoval of the old bushings. These could cut into the new bushing if not taken care of. Use sandpaper/file etc. to clean away defects. The Installation of the DRW bushings can be done by hand or with the help of a C-Clamp or similar. Be careful to note the "TOP" and "FRONT" arrows on the bushings to make sure you install them in the correct orintation. Lubricating grease is supplied with all bushing orders. Use this to lubricate the steel center sleeve and the surfaces of the bushing that contact the steel sleeve. Do Not lubricate the outer surface of the busing or the bore of the mount. This could cause the bushing to slip/rotate in the mount and lose proper orientation.

These Bushings are made of polyurethane rubber. More durable and crack resistant than OEM rubber. Although polyurethane is still flexible, it is slightly more firm than the factory rubber. This will result in sharper/better handling, but it can also cause a slight increase in vibration transfer.

Due to the several custom options, nearly all items are made to order. Therefore, there could be up to a 10 business day production time on some orders before they ship.

Please message me if you have any questions about this item fitting your specific vehicle or for any other questions.

Color Disclaimer. The formulation of polyurethane that I use to make bushings is chosen because of its high physical strength properties. An unfortunate downside of this type of polyurethane is that it can darken or discolor over time. Especially if it is exposed to UV light. This discoloration has no affect on physical properties but it only aesthetic. I highly recomend not leaving the bushings exposed to sunlight before they are installed. Obviously once installed, sunlight exposure isn't much of an issue but darkening may still occur.
