Rear Trailing Arm Bushings. 31mm O.D. 2nd Gen Turbo & 3rd Gen Subaru. D1061-SUB-SU

THESE ARE MADE TO FIT INSIDE THE ORIGINAL BUSHING'S OUTER METAL SHELL. DO NOT PRESS OR CUT OUT THE OLD BUSHING'S OUTER METAL SHELL, WHICH IS PRESSED INTO THE TRAILING ARM BUSHING'S BORE.
If you do remove the original bushings outer metal shell, you will then need the "2nd Gen Turbo & 3rd Gen Subaru Rear Trailing Arm Bushings. 36mm O.D." which are also available here on the site.
I've found this 31mm O.D. size of Rear trailing Arm Bushing to fit 84-89 Subaru Turbo models (GL/DL/GL-10/Leone). And so far all 3rd Gen models (GL, DL, RX, XT, XT6, Loyale, L-Series, Omega etc.)
These are a larger size than what is on the BRAT and other 2nd gen Subaru cars.
D1061-SUB-SU
1 Set needed per car.
Set includes 4 bushing pairs to do 4 arms.
Made of 80A polyurethane rubber. More durable and crack resistant than OEM rubber. Although polyurethane is still flexible, it is slightly more firm than the factory rubber. This will result in sharper/better handling, but it can also cause a slight increase in vibration transfer.
Lubricating grease is supplied with all bushing orders. All contact surfaces of the new bushings and steel sleeves should be thoroughly lubricated before installation for easier installation, smooth/quiet operation and long bushing life.
Due to the several custom options, nearly all items are made to order. Therefore, there could be up to a 10 business day production time on some orders before they ship.
Please message me if you have any questions about this item fitting your specific vehicle or for any other questions.
Disclaimers
Color. The formulation of polyurethane that I use to make bushings is chosen because of its high physical strength properties. An unfortunate downside of this type of polyurethane is that it can darken or discolor over time. Especially if it is exposed to UV light. This discoloration has no affect on physical properties but it only aesthetic. I highly recommend not leaving the bushings exposed to sunlight before they are installed. Obviously once installed, sunlight exposure isn't much of an issue but darkening may still occur.
Liability. All products sold or manufactured by DRW Bushings are intended for off-road use only. Customer assumes all liability in assuring that parts are installed correctly, maintained, and not modified or altered in any way. DRW Bushings is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that may occur from the use of any products offered. Suspension modifications may change the dynamics and stability characteristics of the vehicle. Ensuring prompt wheel alignment after suspension modifications is critical and the sole responsibility of the customer.
